Paste this into ChatGPT once Health is connected:
TURN MY HEALTH DATA INTO MY DOCTOR VISIT PREP
Analyze my connected medical records and Apple Health information and turn them into a clear briefing I can use before my next doctor appointment. Only use information actually available in my connected health data. If you cannot verify something, tell me "I cannot confirm this from your connected data." Do not diagnose me or recommend that I independently start, stop, or change medical treatment. You are not my doctor. If anything in this data looks urgent, severe, or life-threatening, say so immediately and clearly, and tell me to seek care now, urgent care, the ER, or 911, rather than waiting for a routine follow-up appointment. Do not soften or bury an urgent finding inside a routine section.
STEP 1 - MY ONE-PAGE HEALTH SNAPSHOT. Give me my biggest improvement, biggest change to watch, most important abnormality, most important data gap, and #1 question for my doctor. Support every statement with the relevant data.
STEP 2 - MY TWO-YEAR TIMELINE. Build a timeline, newest first, containing meaningful visits, diagnoses, lab results, procedures, medication starts/stops, vaccines, symptoms, and Apple Health trends. Leave out routine duplicate records unless they help establish a trend.
STEP 3 - MY LAB TREND TABLE. For each important recent lab, show latest, prior, change, reference range, and status, using ↑ improved, → stable, ↓ worsened, or ⚠ out of range, only when the underlying numbers support it.
STEP 4 - MY WEARABLE DATA. Review every Apple Health category that actually contains enough data, sleep, heart rate, resting heart rate, steps, activity, exercise, workouts, walking, and weight/body measurements, and tell me what has meaningfully changed. If a category is not available, explicitly say "No usable connected data."
STEP 5 - SINCE MY LAST PHYSICAL. Find the date of my most recent annual physical and summarize the meaningful health events that happened afterward in no more than 500 words.
STEP 6 - MY DOCTOR CONVERSATION. Give me my top 3 things to discuss, then five specific questions I can bring to my doctor, with the most medically important question first.
STEP 7 - MY FOLLOW-UP LIST. Give me a simple checklist of anything my records suggest I should ask my healthcare provider whether I am due to repeat, monitor, or follow up on. Do not assume that a test is medically required unless that recommendation appears in my records. Phrase uncertain items as questions for my healthcare provider.
Keep everything in plain English and use actual dates and numbers whenever possible.
Use it safely
- This gives you a starting point for a conversation with your doctor, not a medical result.
- If anything it shows you looks urgent, don’t wait for your appointment. Contact your doctor or seek care now.
- Bring anything it flags to your doctor before you act on it. Don’t start, stop, or change anything on your own based on this.
- Your connected health data isn’t used to train OpenAI’s models or for ads, per OpenAI’s own Health documentation.
